Refund Policy
Store Credit Refunds – 5-Day Request Window
1. Overview
You have 5 calendar days from the date your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
All approved refunds are issued as store credit only, usable on virxl.shop. We do not provide cash or original payment method refunds, except where required by law.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 calendar days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If your request is approved due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we may:
- Issue store credit for the item price; and/or
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
In many cases, you do not need to return the damaged or incorrect item, but we reserve the right to request a return in some situations.
3. Returns for Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer want the product, we may accept a return at our discretion, under all of the following conditions:
- Your request is made within 5 calendar days of delivery.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Original shipping and handling costs (if any) are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care goods (such as certain beauty or hygiene products).
- Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

5. Exchanges
We do not process direct “item-for-item” exchanges through our warehouse.
If your return is approved, we will issue store credit. You can then use that credit to place a new order for the item you want.
6. Refunds (Store Credit)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if a physical return is required), we’ll notify you whether your refund request is approved or denied.
If approved, we will issue store credit unless otherwise approved for the eligible amount (typically the item price minus any shipping and handling fees). Store credit can be used for future purchases on virxl.shop.
In rare cases where applicable law requires a refund to your original payment method, we will process it accordingly. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
