1. Overview
This website is operated by VIRXL, a small business based in California, USA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VIRXL. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced here (such as our Shipping and Returns policies).
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Services
Third-Party Suppliers: Many products sold on this site are sourced from third-party suppliers and manufacturers around the world. We coordinate the sale and delivery but do not manufacture these items ourselves.
Availability: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.
Product Variations: We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will perfectly match the actual product. Minor variations in color, packaging, or details may occur.
3. Shipping & Delivery
By placing an order with VIRXL, you understand and agree that:
- Published delivery times are estimates only and are not guarantees.
- Orders may ship from different warehouses worldwide and may arrive in separate packages.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may reship it (additional shipping costs may apply) or issue a store credit for the item price, minus any shipping and handling fees, usable on virxl.shop.
- Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered” to the address you provided, the risk of loss or theft passes to you, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, strikes or other factors outside our reasonable control.
4. Orders, Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or unusual ordering patterns). If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update this information (including email address and payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order, and we also need clear rules so we can keep prices fair for everyone. By placing an order, you agree to the following Returns & Refunds terms.
Return & Refund Window
You have 5 calendar days from the date your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to request a return or refund. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Condition of Items
For most returns, items must be:
- Unopened and unused.
- In their original packaging, including any tags, inserts, or accessories.
- In the same condition that you received them.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the same 5-day window with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit without requiring the item to be returned.
Store Credit Only
All approved refunds are issued as store credit only, usable on virxl.shop. We do not provide cash or original payment method refunds, except where required by law.
Return Shipping
Unless we clearly made an error (for example, sending the wrong item), you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping and handling fees, if any, are generally not refundable.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact us at support@virxl.shop within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You agree that any dispute or claim between you and VIRXL that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where allowed by law, you and VIRXL agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.
