Order Tracking

Multiple Shipments
Because we source viral products from different specialized warehouses, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at different times. Don't panic if only half your order arrives first!
Customs, Duties & Taxes
VIRXL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Stolen Packages
VIRXL is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
